Product Manager New Podium

ship features, watch real customers use them, learn, repeat. About the role You'll own both the product people use today and the platform we're building for tomorrow. This means shipping features that drive growth this quarter while architecting the systems that will power Podium for years to come. You're building products that businesses actually love using- consumer-grade experiences for the SMB market. Here's what makes this role different: At Podium, product managers are builders. You'll use AI tools
- Claude, Cursor, LLMs
- to prototype UIs, write code, and ship features alongside engineers. We don't believe you need a CS degree to build. We believe you need curiosity, agency, and a willingness to learn. If you can articulate what needs to exist, AI can help you build it. This is the new SDLC, and we're pioneering it together. This position is based in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will: Own strategy end-to-end
- Define what we build and why, from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure Build, don't just spec
- Use AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers. PMs here are builders Spend time with customers
- Watch how they work, understand their workflows, identify what's missing Ship with speed
- Get features in front of customers fast, learn from real usage, iterate based on data Make company-level decisions
- Architecture choices, partnership strategy, integration priorities that affect how all teams build Design for scale
- Build systems, patterns, and platforms that other teams will leverage You might thrive in this role if you: High agency

- You've shipped products that customers love. You're not afraid to get into the weeds Technically curious
- You may not be an engineer, but you understand systems, ask technical questions, and want to learn how things work Speed matters to you

- You believe great products come from understanding real workflows, not committee meetings Learning trajectory
- You're excited about using AI to build. You see this as the future of product work What sets you apart: Built 0 1 products that scaled to real customer adoption Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or human-in-the-loop systems You've used AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to build prototypes or ship code Startup or founder experience
