6 Months with Possible Extension Job Description A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for an enterprise workflow management platform. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional business, technology, security, and operations teams to deliver streamlined, user-centric solutions that improve service requests, incident resolution, and mission-critical operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise platform product management experience, deep knowledge of ITSM processes, and expertise in Agile product delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the enterprise workflow management platform Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement foundational ITSM workflows and capabilities Collaborate with business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and define product priorities Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and backlog items Lead discovery initiatives including: User research Workflow analysis Journey mapping Process design Deeply understand user needs and pain points to drive intuitive, scalable, and compliant solutions Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term platform strategy and scalability goals Define success metrics and continuously improve products using data analysis and user feedback Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, priorities, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization activities Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate cross-functional decision-making Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of direct Product Management experience At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise platforms Strong expertise in: Requirements gathering Data analysis KPI-driven prioritization and decision-making Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments Proven experience delivering user-centric workflow management solutions Strong understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks Experience managing helpdesk or service desk operations and workflows
Knowledge of:
Incident management Change management processes Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Experience working with compliance-focused or operationally critical platforms Strong presentation and executive communication skills For more details reach at
