DESCRIPTION
Do you want a unique, exciting opportunity to help build something from the ground up? We are looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity to join a new team under FinAuto Global Corporate Procurement. The Global Corporate Procurement (GCP) Product Team delights customers around the world by delivering our most complex product lines at speeds that redefine customer expectations. As a Principal Product Manager for GCP, you will be helping to define the future of this critical operational business lane at Amazon. You will craft a business strategy, feature set, and roadmap that will drive your creative vision forward and enable some of Amazon's biggest brands to delight our customers. Your focus will be on defining, overseeing, and launching our Sourcing Suite vision. Key job responsibilities Innovating on behalf of our customers Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution Define the feature sets, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for your products Prioritizing engineering work while balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders Evangelizing the product both internally and externally Working with key stakeholders in the company to identify and drive product solutions to support sales, account management, operations, and customer support Defining product requirements based on an intimate knowledge of the customer and technology Establishing product goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve commercial success A day in the life This role will be focused on delivering our Sourcing Suite solution. This vision will range from scrappy tech integrations to third party system design, creating entirely new product and system architecture designs, and implementations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
