Program Manager III (Technical Program / Construction Coordination)
Location:
Herndon, VA (Onsite)
Duration:
12-Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (Core hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Overtime:
Limited overtime (up to ~2 hours as needed)

Available on W2 Basis OverviewWe are seeking a Program Manager III to support large-scale data center infrastructure initiatives across the Americas region. This role will serve as a key technical liaison between engineering and operations teams, driving standardization, financial coordination, and procedural excellence across retrofit and capacity projects.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient capital deployment, maintaining compliance standards, and enabling on-time delivery of infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical liaison between engineering, operations, finance, legal, and project stakeholdersDevelop and maintain standard Method of Procedures (MOPs) aligned with engineering and safety standardsPartner with engineering leaders and site stakeholders to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality of technical proceduresSupport financial coordination activities including work orders, change orders, and budget trackingMaintain audit compliance and financial controls using project management systems such as ProcoreCreate and manage dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into project financials and performance metricsStreamline workflows and approval processes to accelerate decision-makingContribute to process documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a subject matter expert, supporting multiple projects and reducing planning effort through standardized procedures Key ImpactEnables efficient allocation of capital across high-priority infrastructure projectsImproves delivery timelines by reducing approval and coordination delaysEnhances consistency and quality through standardized processesStrengthens compliance, audit readiness, and financial visibility
