Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Plastic Product Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Auburn, WA. This role is ideal for a results-driven product management professional with a background in plastics manufacturing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. The Plastic Product Manager will lead the full lifecycle of plastic product lines, from concept and design through manufacturing, launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to work closely with supportive leadership and collaborative teams across engineering, operations, sales, quality, and customer-facing functions.   • Manage the full lifecycle of plastic products, including concept development, commercialization, launch, and ongoing product improvements.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals, customer requirements, profitability targets, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product trends, growth opportunities, customer needs, and new product ideas.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing teams on product design, materials selection, process improvements, and product launches.
  • Analyze product performance, pricing, profitability, market share, forecasting, and inventory needs to support business growth.
  • Coordinate product specifications, technical documentation, change requests, enhancements, and product roadmap planning. Compensation and Benefits
