LP Job Summary:

This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives and messaging for AI-powered HR Service Delivery products. The ideal candidate will translate complex AI capabilities into clear, business-focused stories for customers and sales teams, creating impactful presentations and enablement materials. This position requires a blend of product marketing acumen, strong writing skills, and visual design proficiency.

Job Requirements:

Develop product messaging, positioning, and narrative arcs for AI-driven HR products. Translate technical AI concepts into understandable business benefits for HR leaders. Create executive presentations, sales decks, and field enablement content. Partner with product management and marketing to ensure consistent voice and strategy. Iterate rapidly on content based on stakeholder feedback and product evolution.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in product messaging, positioning, and narrative development. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen eye for visual design. Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible business language.. Domain AI, SaaS, HR Technology is a plus.
