Paid Time Off:
20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

Baby Bonding Leave:
18 weeks

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in product management. Experience in Applied AI.
Preferred qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and ability to relay complex technical and business concepts to senior leadership. Demonstrated expertise in applied AI within an enterprise context. Proven leadership in navigating ambiguity and collaborating to influence team across boundaries and geographies. A commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. About the job This role will lead product strategy for ASKIE (AI Systems Knowledge & Insights Engine). You will lead efforts to shape how product development occurs at Google and throughout the industry. You will be responsible for defining and building a metrics and analysis platform to deliver insights and drive improvement for humans and agents alike. This will include strategy for a metrics and insights platform that is built on cutting-edge research, emerging development workflows, and data infrastructure. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the company to drive Google-scale outcomes in velocity, cost savings, Googler CSAT, and risk reduction. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google's products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. Responsibilities Drive technical vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for ASKIE's research, data science, knowledge, and data infrastructure portfolio. Incorporate user feedback, use cases, and data-driven insights to deliver product and portfolio improvements. Partner with internal AI development teams to analyze product usage, establish KPIs for cross-portfolio and product performance. Collaborate across Google to identify and implement measures that improve product development for both human and agentic users.
