DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Leo team is on a mission to create a connected world that will usher in a new era of global productivity and prosperity. Through a constellation of satellites in low earth orbit, we're going to bring fast Internet to every individual, household, school, and business to empower everyone to collaborate, work, play, invent, and learn from any location, at any time, on any device. As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical for Antenna Systems, you'll own an antenna within Amazon Leo's portfolio of antennas and accessories that connect our customers to our LEO satellite constellation. You'll set the antenna product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and show a high degree of ownership over delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a very cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, design, finance, and Leo & Amazon leaders as we define, develop, and launch innovative products. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience with RF systems, and delivering hardware products. Key job responsibilities Manage a Leo Antenna product lifecycle from inception, through launch and customer adoption. Deeply understand customer needs, and translate those needs to a prioritized roadmap of product and feature requirements. Be a relentless advocate for our customers and how we deliver an exceptional customer experience. Develop a product vision and work with stakeholders across Leo and Amazon to bring that vision to life in the products your team owns.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
