Technical Product Manager- ServiceNow

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the 12-24 month roadmap for a mission-critical IRM/GRC platform built on ServiceNow, bridging Audit, Legal, and Cybersecurity with technical execution. You will shape architecture and data strategy to create a unified, automated risk ecosystem aligned with

CSDM/CMDB

standards. You'll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver real-time visibility into the enterprise risk posture, while maintaining an agile, out-of-the-box solution. This is a strategic, execution-focused leadership position.

Compensation / Benefits

• Define quarterly goals and measurable outcomes, prioritizing features, debt, and platform health
• Lead workshops to document technical user stories, data models, and processes for modules like Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Change
• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning with Developers to ensure feasibility and quality
• Build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks using Performance Analytics to track control effectiveness
• Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure IRM integration with identity platforms, ERPs, and vulnerability tools Tasks
• 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery
• 5+ years as a TPM or BSA supporting ServiceNow
• 3+ years of direct IRM/GRC experience
• Experience with risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and audit processes in regulated industries
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge: architecture, data models, workflows; familiarity with Security Operations and ITSM preferred
• ServiceNow CSA certification and experience with UI Builder or Performance Analytics Key requirements
