Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Customer MDM platform (Reltio) and related customer data products. 2. Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define customer master use cases (e.g., customer identity, golden record, hierarchyrelationships, data quality). Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
