About the Role We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist focused exclusively on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to help drive qualified patient leads and measurable growth across our clinics. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting. You'll work closely with creative and analytics partners to continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate strong ROI. This position is based at our Biltmore HQ in Phoenix, AZ. What You'll Do Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end (Facebook & Instagram) Own campaign structure, audience targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization within Meta Ads Manager Create, test, and refine ad copy, creatives, and offers to improve CTR, CPA, and lead quality Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC Optimize campaigns based on performance trends, attribution insights, and testing results Manage and scale six-figure monthly Meta ad budgets responsibly and efficiently Maintain accurate tracking, conversion events, and pixel health within Meta Stay current on Meta Ads best practices, platform updates, and performance trends Our Ideal Candidate Has 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven performance results Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization Experience managing significant ad spend with a focus on lead generation and efficiency Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, and conversion events Experience with A/B testing, creative analysis, and data-driven decision-making Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights Strong collaboration skills with creative and marketing teams Experience supporting multi-location or brick-and-mortar brands (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (preferred) Why You'll Love This Role Competitive base salary ($75,000- 85,000 annual) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and a wellness-focused culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient growth for a fast-growing national brand Clear scope and ownership within a core growth channel (Meta Ads) Ready to Make an Impact?
