Responsibilities:

Build and manage Meta ad campaigns Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns Create and optimize GoHighLevel workflows Set up funnels, forms, automations, pipelines, and SMS/email follow-up Improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead Track inbound calls and admissions performance Retarget leads across platforms Assist with ad creatives, hooks, and marketing strategy Ensure campaigns remain compliant within the treatment space

Requirements:

Experience running ads in addiction treatment, detox, rehab, mental health, or healthcare Strong understanding of GoHighLevel Experience with Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads Ability to generate qualified inbound leads Knowledge of CRM automations and lead nurturing Familiar with call tracking and conversion reporting Understanding of HIPAA-conscious marketing practices is a plus

Compensation:

Base Pay + Performance Bonuses Long-term opportunity available for the right person Potential commission structure based on admissions performance
