SEO / GEO
Specialist to drive organic growth for our in-house marketing team in the auto insurance space. This role will focus on improving search visibility for high-intent insurance keywords, optimizing local presence, and increasing qualified leads for our insurance products and related businesses. You will play a key role in scaling organic acquisition while ensuring compliance with insurance industry regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead global SEO and AI-driven search strategy across our digital ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end organic roadmap, including technical SEO, content strategy, GEO/AEO innovation, and local store visibility to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue impact. SEO experience with a proven track record of driving significant organic growth through a deep expertise in both technical and content strategies. Demonstrated curiosity and innovation in the evolving search landscape, AI, GEO/AEO, and the evolving search landscape, with specific examples of experimentation and impact rather than surface-level familiarity. SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct keyword research focused on auto insurance queries using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush Build and execute SEO strategies targeting high-conversion, bottom-of-funnel keywords Optimize landing pages for policy types, state-specific regulations, and coverage options Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile performance, structured data for insurance products) Monitor performance via Google Search Console and Google Analytics GEO / Local SEO (Insurance Focus) Optimize and manage Google Business Profile for branches or service areas Develop geo-targeted pages (city/state-level insurance pages) Improve rankings for "near me" and location-based searches Manage local citations and directory listings relevant to insurance Analyze local competitors (e.g., regional insurers, brokers, agencies) Content & Compliance Collaborate with content and legal teams to create compliant, high-ranking insurance content Ensure adherence to state-specific insurance advertising regulations Optimize blog and resource content around: Coverage types (liability, collision, comprehensive) Claims process Cost-saving tips and comparisons Conversion Optimization Optimize landing pages for lead generation (quote forms, call tracking) Work with UX teams to improve conversion rates A/B test headlines, CTAs, and page structures Requirements 3-5+ years of in-house SEO experience (preferably in insurance, finance, or lead generation ) Strong understanding of search intent for financial products Hands-on experience with tools like Moz and Screaming Frog Familiarity with structured data and schema for financial services Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress Experience working cross-functionally with legal/compliance teams Bilingual in
