Role:

The Paid Media Strategist will: Develop and implement paid media strategies across all 140+ locations. Identify growth opportunities across underperforming locations and markets. Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and more. Execute keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and campaign structures. Track and analyze performance across the portfolio; utilize dashboards and reporting systems to measure success. Align campaigns with promotions, pricing, and occupancy goals. Maintain account structure and naming conventions. Stay current on PPC trends, tolls, and platform updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, and 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC and paid search in a multi-location environment. Experience in self-storage, real estate or property management a plus. Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display and Performance Max, Microsoft and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution. Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels•a hands-on, team player. Possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations. Can "think outside the box", with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment and adapt to shifts in priorities.
