Job Description

Job Overview We are a fast-growing marketing company in the personal injury space, focused on generating high-quality accident leads and connecting clients with attorneys across the U.S. We are looking for a full-time, in-house SEO Manager who understands how to rank in competitive markets and generate real leads — not just traffic. expertise will help us stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape by leveraging cutting-edge SEO tools, analytics, and technical skills. Responsibilities Own and execute the full SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) ⁠ ⁠ Rank high-intent keywords related to car accidents and personal injury ⁠ ⁠Optimize landing pages for conversion, not just rankings ⁠ ⁠Build and manage backlink strategies (white-hat, high authority) ⁠ ⁠Work with content team to create SEO-driven blog + location pages ⁠ ⁠Track and report on rankings, traffic, and lead generation performance ⁠ ⁠Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities ⁠ ⁠Optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO (multi-location) Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior data and refining landing pages for better engagement and lead generation. Oversee link building campaigns through outreach efforts and partnerships to strengthen domain authority and search rankings. Collaborate with content management systems like WordPress to manage content updates, metadata enhancements, and multimedia integration. Use Google Tag Manager and SEO tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies based on data insights. Stay current with the latest trends in
SEO, SEM
(Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and digital marketing to continuously improve our approach. Experience Proven experience managing in-house SEO campaigns with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. ⁠3+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house) Google search Console, Google Analytics Strong understanding of tools like Ahrefs/SEM rush CRO (conversion rate optimization) knowledge Proven track record of ranking keywords and generating leads Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO including website architecture optimization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup. Experience scaling SEO across multiple states/cities Hands-on experience with popular SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro or similar platforms for keyword research and site audits. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager for tracking performance metrics effectively. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for managing website content efficiently. Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus—understanding product metadata, catalog optimization, and conversion strategies. Ability to analyze web analytics data to identify opportunities for growth through conversion rate optimization techniques. Knowledge of social media management tools is advantageous for integrating social signals into overall SEO strategy.
