Stu's Home Improvement Outlet is growing FAST and we are looking for motivated, high-energy team members to help us continue expanding.

This position combines:

SALES Facebook Marketplace posting Social media content creation Video creation Customer communication Lead follow-up In-store customer interaction This is NOT a sit-at-a-desk position. This is a fast-paced, high-energy retail sales environment where effort directly impacts income. If you love sales, social media, creating content, and working in an exciting environment, this could be a great opportunity.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES (PRIMARY FOCUS) Greet and assist customers Sell products and close deals Build urgency and excitement with customers Follow up with leads and customer inquiries Learn promotions, pricing, and financing options Help drive daily sales goals Assist customers both online and in-store Help create an energetic customer experience

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETPLACE RESPONSIBILITIES

Post products daily on Facebook Marketplace Respond quickly to Marketplace and Facebook messages Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts Shoot product videos and walkthroughs Create reels, live videos, and promotional content Highlight new inventory arrivals and special sales Help drive traffic into the store through social media Maintain consistent daily posting activity

CONTENT CREATION RESPONSIBILITIES

Take photos and videos of inventory Create short-form video content Help create promotional campaigns and advertisements Assist with live videos and event promotions Create urgency-driven marketing content Help maintain a strong online presence for the company
