Exempt Job Purpose:
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across our ecommerce channels. The primary focus of this role will be managing Amazon Advertising and Google Ads campaigns, while continuously improving return on ad spend (ROAS), lowering customer acquisition costs, and maximizing overall campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC strategy, keyword management, bid optimization, analytics, and ecommerce performance marketing. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP initiatives. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign effectiveness. Monitor daily performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and impression share. Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize campaign profitability and scale growth opportunities. Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and promotional strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations through regular reporting and dashboards. Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align advertising strategies with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives. Stay current on Amazon and Google platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environments. Proven experience with Amazon Advertising Console and Google Ads platforms. Strong understanding of bid strategies, attribution models, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. Experience with PPC AI tools is preferred. Experience with keyword research and competitive tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Experience with Walmart Connect, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms is a plus.
