Job Description

Senior Organic Search Analyst Contract | 12 Months | Hybrid Preferred (Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH) | Potential for Long-Term Conversion We're partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking a Senior Organic Search Analyst to support SEO analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across a complex digital ecosystem. This is a highly analytical, data-driven role focused on enterprise SEO measurement and performance insights rather than traditional content SEO execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Adobe Analytics, enterprise website analytics, and organic search reporting within large-scale digital environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Own SEO analytics and reporting across multiple enterprise-level digital properties Build, maintain, QA, and optimize dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Power BI, and related reporting tools Analyze organic traffic, rankings, visibility, engagement, conversion behavior, and website performance trends Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and operational improvement within the organic search channel Support forecasting, operational reporting, and ongoing measurement initiatives tied to SEO performance Develop and maintain frameworks that connect SEO efforts to measurable business impact and prioritization Partner closely with Web Analytics, Paid Media, UX, and Marketing teams on performance measurement initiatives Conduct competitor analysis, monitor SERP trends, and evaluate shifts in consumer search behavior Analyze visibility trends across emerging AI-driven discovery and search platforms Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations and business insights for stakeholders
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in SEO analytics, digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or organic growth analysis Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of SEO performance measurement, ranking signals, and organic search behavior Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO and analytics platforms Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets in enterprise environments Power BI experience strongly preferred SQL and/or Python experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly Highly analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive mindset Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise environments
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates coming from enterprise ecommerce, financial services, insurance, SaaS, marketplace, or other website-driven acquisition environments will align especially well with this opportunity.
Additional Details:
12-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or conversion Hybrid preferred in Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH Flexible weekly hours based on business needs and candidate availability Ideal schedule is approximately 30 hours/week Open to candidates seeking anywhere from 25-40 hours/week Interview process consists of 2-3 video interviews Please note: This is not a traditional content SEO or copywriting role. Candidates without strong analytics and reporting experience, particularly within Adobe Analytics, are unlikely to be a fit.
