We are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search who is passionate about researching and learning aboutGEO/ LLMO/ AI
Discoverability , to join our team. Reporting into the Director, the Senior Manager will be the daily lead and implements strategy, performance of all accounts against Goals, adherence to deadlines and development of the account team. You will also manage 3 junior teammates.You Will:
Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client's goals. Execute retail campaigns and traditional search campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development and budget pacing. Assist with media plan creation from visual aids to detailed descriptions of partners and strategy. Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis. Ensure campaigns are run to agreed upon best practice guideline. Assist and attend both internal and external weekly calls and meetings with clients and vendors. Collaborate across our client team and channels.Qualifications:
4.5+ years of experience in a digital ad agency, with a focus on PPC/SEM 2+ years of managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team Complete mastery of Search Engines and third-party tools, including SA360 Profound (GEO TOOL) is a plus Adobe Advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Experience developing strategy and find solutions in a client-centric environment Project and resource management skills Experience working with financial data and budgets The annual salary range for this position is 80- 100K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
