month contract that could extend Growth Marketing for subscription group Performance Data Marketing- Stratgize Paid Search Google Ads Campaign Launches Campaign Reporting Create Landing Pages Looker for Dashboard Must be able to interpret large data sets to Optimize Campaign performance Must be able to report marketing strategy to leadership Must be able to talk to optimizing campaign research Paid Search Keyword Search New Account Launches Research new initiatives We are seeking a Growth Marketing Paid Search Consultant I to join our Paid Search team, focusing on Google and Apple Search Ads. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our new subscription-based program. Working closely with a cross-functional digital marketing team, you will help develop and execute strategies involving landing page optimization, audience targeting, and multi-channel collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative, fast-paced team where your work directly contributes to the company''s bottom line. Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy:
Develop and own the strategy for scaling paid search in Google and Apple Search Ads by driving cost efficient cost per signup.Scale & Execute:
Assist in developing and scaling the paid search program specifically for subscription growth.Testing & Innovation:
Support the development of a testing roadmap and lead the execution of new paid search rollouts.Creative Collaboration:
Partner with Creative and Analytics teams to develop briefs with clear messaging and precise targeting.Data Synthesis & Analysis:
Monitor daily KPIs and account performance; analyze marketing data to communicate key findings to the broader team.Optimization:
Manage day-to-day account health, including automated bidding and Quality Score improvements rooted in data.Strategic Communication:
Confidently present performance metrics and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. RequirementsExperience:
4-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing (Primarily paid search)Platform Proficiency:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy). Proficiency in Apple Search Ads or Bing is a major plus.Testing Mindset:
Demonstrated experience running experiments involving ad copy, conversion signals, and landing pages.Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex data sets to optimize campaign performance. SQL or database reporting experience is highly preferred.Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to present performance metrics and strategic pivots to stakeholders. Why You''ll Love This RoleHigh Visibility:
