Location:

Full-time onsite, Hackensack, NJ Reports to Head of SEO Responsibilities Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms aligned with business goals and target audiences. Optimize website content, including metadata, headings, images, and internal links, to improve search engine rankings. Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic. Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console to monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure best practices are followed for SEO compliance. Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, structured data markup (metadata), and fixing crawl errors. Manage SEO campaigns integrated with broader digital marketing efforts including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and e-commerce initiatives. Track industry trends related to search engines' algorithms and adapt strategies proactively to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications 4

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred) Deep experience in content, on-page, and local SEO Strong execution across keyword research and optimization Familiarity with SEO tools Ability to operate independently and deliver consistently Ability to implement conversion optimization techniques that enhance user experience and drive desired actions.
