Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an SEO Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Southern, NJ. This role is ideal for an early-career digital marketing professional with 1 to 2 years of SEO experience who is ready to grow in a hands-on, client-focused environment. The SEO Associate will help execute search engine optimization strategies across client campaigns, with a focus on improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, resolving website issues, and helping client websites achieve strong visibility in search engine results pages. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team where you can build technical SEO, reporting, content strategy, and campaign performance skills. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, primarily onsite work in Southern New Jersey, and one remote day per week. Candidates who enjoy data, problem-solving, website optimization, and helping clients succeed will be well aligned with this opportunity. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies designed to improve keyword rankings, organic visibility, and page-one search performance.
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, duplicate content, missing meta descriptions, page title issues, and incomplete SEO elements.
  • Track campaign performance using tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics, and prepare monthly ranking reports for client review.
  • Identify performance declines, recommend SEO improvements, and support strategies to strengthen keyword rankings and overall campaign results.
  • Research content opportunities and quality backlink opportunities to support organic growth and domain authority.
  • Review client websites for user experience, navigation, layout, quality control, and functionality prior to launch and on a weekly basis. Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:
    $25.00 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Direct hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Work Arrangement:
Primarily onsite in Southern New Jersey, with 1 remote day per week.
