PPC Ad Specialist

Job Description:

Do you like Marketing, Math, Analytics, IT, and/or problem solving? Our digital agency is growing! We are seeking a full-time PPC/Ad Ops Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience managing AdWords/Google Ads. They must be an expert on digital campaign optimizations, improving performance, creating dashboards, and making our clients look great! We are looking for a team player who is comfortable coordinating strategies across different clients and partners. We like thinkers, not just doers! We want rock stars, are you one?

Responsibilities:

Set up, update, and optimize digital campaigns in Google Ads, Social (Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.), Programmatic (DSP) and more! Digital campaign types include search, display, shopping, audio, and video. This includes conducting keyword research, drafting PPC ad copy, making landing page recommendations, managing bids, etc. Run and analyze campaign reports from Search, Social, and Google Analytics. Manage the day to day campaign performance and speak regularly with clients to discuss their results and make recommendations to improve/grow their bottom line. Manage implementation of tracking pixels and conversion events via Google Tag Manager. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, including data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of ROI Stay up to date on the latest PPC, AI, social, and other digital marketing trends.

Qualifications Required:

2+ years working in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Passion for digital marketing. Experience with Microsoft Office Products and/or Google Suite. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills; proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Position is located in our Voorhees NJ office (08043) and is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days out). REMOTE will be considered based on experience.

Preferred:

Agency experience. SEO experience and best practices. Google Ads certifications. Bing Ads experience a plus. Looker Studio experience a plus. Familiarity with Windsor.ai, Supermetrics, or similar connectors. WordPress and other CMS or HTML experience a plus. Experience using BigQuery a plus.

Work Location :

Compensation:

Based on experience, $50,000-$75,000 per year.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
