Job Description

PoolSupplies.com is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands that they not only trust, but depend on for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user We're looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist Lead to take ownership of our organic search performance and drive measurable growth across our digital channels. This role leads SEO initiatives while actively optimizing content, site performance, and visibility. You'll work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, content, and development teams to improve rankings, increase qualified traffic, and turn insights into action. If you're data-driven, proactive, and ready to lead SEO efforts that directly impact revenue, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This position is 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites and channels to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. Monitor and analyze SEO health metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Arefs, and other analytics platforms to provide actionable insights to drive revenue Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to uncover new growth opportunities especially with A.I.. Partner with UX , content, ecommerce, and buying teams to optimize product listings, landing pages, and blog content for organic performance. Manage online reputation signals, including reviews, ratings, and Net Promoter Scores, to support search visibility and brand authority.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in SEO, with demonstrated success driving organic growth. Strong expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization. Proven experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an understanding of search intent. Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, including AI in search and content generation. Experience leading or mentoring SEO or content teams.
