About the role The OEM Integrated Media Paid Search Specialist is expected to demonstrate high level consultative paid digital marketing insights, internally only, and display the necessary leadership to drive Paid Search results for our OEM accounts that range in monthly spend between $20,000-$100,000+. This role includes developing and managing effective delivery strategies based on known business objectives across multiple accounts, market data and researched digital data. Detailed tasks include recommending and managing the strategy and planning of multiple paid search & social accounts, managing the launch of new programs (specifically within OEM), and guiding the optimization to meet specified performance objectives. What you'll do Develop a strong understanding of client's products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives. Analyze performance data and site analytics to develop insights for use in quarterly reporting. Provide strategic recommendations internally if requested. Be responsible for multiple PPC & social budgets and ensure money is being spent effectively and as scheduled and aligned with the strategic recommendation and client goals discussed. Closely manage project plans, launch plans, our scope of work, and delivery timelines to ensure each team is delivering on schedule and to specification. Assist in paid channel testing and analyzing results to increase KPI's. Be highly analytical with data and forecasting while exercising the ability to meet monthly and quarterly forecast. Be a problem solver; understand why KPI's are performing where they are. Stay current with industry trends, best practices and discusses potential impact with team. Maintain positive relationships with search engines, understand search engine services, capabilities, and requirements. Provide support to Finance Department for billing and search engine invoicing. Google Shopping Ads Qualifications 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience required 4+ years of experience in paid search engine marketing, agency experience preferred (Google Ad Words and Microsoft ad Center) Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business Experience with advanced PPC knowledge: Google AI features, product listing ads, dynamic search, landing page testing and optimization Experience in implementing and troubleshooting feeds for Vehicle Listing ads Experience with shopping campaigns and ecommerce focusing on large budgets Strong data analytics and strategy background (Google Analytics required) Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly - Excel and Power Point We are an E-Verify employer.
