Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Amazon Ads E-commerce Digital marketing Attention to detail SEO Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising Paid advertising Account management Cross-functional communication Paid search advertising campaigns Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Marketplace Specialist to support the day-to-day management and optimization of our Amazon storefronts across health, wellness, and consumer product categories. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central operations, enjoys improving product listings, and has hands-on experience supporting PPC campaigns and product performance optimization. You'll work closely with internal teams across operations, design, and product development to help ensure our Amazon catalog is accurate, competitive, and continuously improving. This is a full-time role based in Los Angeles, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Operations Manage and maintain Amazon product listings across multiple SKUs Monitor account health, listings, and performance metrics Ensure inventory levels, pricing, and catalog accuracy are up to date Listing Optimization Improve product listings using keyword research tools (e.g., Helium10) Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords Support SEO improvements to increase visibility and conversion rates PPC Support Assist with Amazon PPC campaign setup and ongoing optimization Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments Support basic reporting on ROAS, CPC, and conversion performance Cross-Team Collaboration Work with design and marketing teams on listing visuals and content updates Provide input on product presentation based on marketplace performance data Collaborate with operations on inventory planning and SKU readiness Market Research & Insights Track competitors, trends, and category performance Use Amazon and third-party tools to identify optimization opportunities Provide recommendations to improve listing performance and sales velocity Qualifications 2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace management Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns (basic to intermediate level) Familiarity with Helium10 or similar Amazon optimization tools Strong understanding of listing optimization and keyword research Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and creative teams Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving eCommerce environment Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms Background in eCommerce, consumer goods, or wellness products Experience working with multiple Amazon accounts or brands Compensation & Schedule $25-$30 per hour depending on experience Full-time position Hybrid/remote flexibility available (LA preferred) Why Join Us You'll join a fast-growing eCommerce team where your work directly impacts product performance and marketplace growth.
