Job Description

Lambert Vet Supply is currently seeking an Amazon Paid Search Specialist to join our exciting and fast-paced team! We have ambitious plans for a rapidly growing business and are looking for an experienced Amazon paid search specialist to unlock growth for our brand partners. You will focus on building effective campaigns utilizing best-in-class execution. As a paid search specialist, you will own the paid search P&L, develop campaigns to hit performance targets, generate sales and customer acquisition and drive growth. We are seeking a specialist who has a proven track record of high performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Mastery in managing Amazon PPC solutions such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. Develop, manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and seasonal trends. Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, including key metrics like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and overall sales growth. Conduct keyword research, bid management and audience targeting to optimize ads and increase visibility and conversions. Regularly track campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to meet and exceed KPI's, ensuring the best use of the advertising budget. Oversee a diverse portfolio, managing PPC campaigns for both small and large brands and ensuring successful campaign execution for each. Prepare and present performance reviews and forecasts to stakeholders, providing insights on campaign progress, trends and growth strategies. Utilize advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights, making data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth on Amazon. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, creative assets that resonate with target audiences and support PPC campaigns. Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practives in Amazon advertising, regularly testing new strategies to maintain a competitive adge. Participate in budget planning and allocation for Amazon PPC and other digital marketing channels, ensuring effective spend management. Maintain strong relationships with external media and tech vendors to stay informed about evolving advertising technologies and opportunities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
2-3 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns. Proven success in driving growth through optimized Amazon PPC strategies, including improvements in ROAS, sales and CAC. Deep understanding of the Amazon platform, algorithms and advertising tools. Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to use tools like Excel, Amazon Advertising Console and other reporting platforms. A passion for eCommerce and a strong grasp of how paid media impacts overall business goals. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce effective ad assets. An innovative and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree 2-3 years or more of related experience preferred
