Full Job Description Amazon Product Launch Specialist Location:

$75,000 - $90,000 base + performance bonus (up to $105K OTE) About the role: We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Central Florida looking for an experienced Amazon Product Launch Specialist to own the end-to-end launch of new products on Amazon. You will drive product visibility, keyword ranking, and early sales velocity from day one.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full Amazon product launch strategies (keyword research, pricing, review generation)
- Create and optimize listings: titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ Content, and brand storefronts
- Build and manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Track and report on
KPIs:
ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, organic rank, and revenue- Coordinate FBA shipment planning and inventory readiness for launch
- Monitor account health and resolve Seller Central issues
- Research competitors and identify new product and keyword opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proven track record of successful product launches (case studies a plus)
- Expert-level PPC management and ACOS optimization
- Proficiency with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and/or Keepa
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
- Performance bonus: up to $15,000 tied to launch targets

- Amazon seller tools provided (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
