Hospitality About the Opportunity A growing hospitality company based in San Diego County is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing initiatives, website development, SEO strategy, paid advertising campaigns, and performance analytics. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creative thinking with strong technical and analytical skills to drive measurable business growth. Experience working with hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, lodging brands, or hospitality-related businesses is strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, direct bookings, customer engagement, and revenue. Manage integrated marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, content, and display channels. Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital marketing trends within the hospitality sector. Website Development & Management Manage and optimize company websites built on WordPress. Create and maintain landing pages, promotional content, and conversion-focused website experiences. Ensure websites are secure, mobile-friendly, optimized for speed, and aligned with brand standards. Coordinate with designers, developers, and third-party vendors on website enhancements and updates. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and implement technical, local, and organic SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink development, and website audits. Improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance. Manage local SEO initiatives and online business listings. Paid Advertising & Budget Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads LinkedIn Ads Display and retargeting platforms Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing and audience optimization to improve campaign performance. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze marketing performance using: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager Google Search Console Looker Studio Develop dashboards and reports for executive leadership. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of digital marketing experience. Proven experience managing and developing WordPress websites. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. Experience managing advertising budgets and performance campaigns. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience working with hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, destination marketing organizations, or lodging brands. Knowledge of hospitality booking engines and direct booking strategies. Experience with CRM platforms, email automation, and reputation management tools. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting. Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
