Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our organic search foundation and driving scalable, high-impact growth across our global digital ecosystem by aligning technical SEO, content, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven insights. You will join a highly collaborative, forward-thinking digital team that serves as a vital cross-functional partner across the entire organization. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Architect and maintain a durable global SEO foundation across 60+ country websites, ensuring high-performance indexing, clean site architecture, and standardized regional blueprints to deliver high-quality organic results. Lead AI and search innovation by developing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, tracking conversational search prompts, and partnering with the Paid Search team to build a unified, multi-channel search strategy. Drive business growth and cultivate an internal SEO culture by building intuitive organic dashboards, championing search best practices across the Web, Product, and Brand teams, and mentoring team members with an experimentation-focused mindset. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ideally within a large, matrixed Business-to-Business (B2B) organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization best practices, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush. Proven ability in translating search, competitor, and behavioral data into actionable content strategies, while remaining highly adaptable to evolving AI trends and Large Language Models (LLMs). A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
