This is not a "social media posting" role. We are looking for someone who understands lead generation, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth. You'll work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, analytics, and reporting to help drive results for home services, retail, pools & spas, medical, and local/regional brands. What You'll Do Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality Set up and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, Meta, GTM, and CRM integrations Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate attribution Assist with conversion mapping and funnel optimization Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with creative/design team on ad messaging, offers, and creative direction Help develop lead generation strategies across search, retargeting, social, and landing pages Create performance reports and communicate insights clearly to internal teams Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices What We're Looking For 2+ years experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns Experience with lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused marketing Strong understanding of: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager GA4 Google Tag Manager Conversion tracking & attribution Pixel setup and event mapping Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions based on performance Understanding of landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization Comfortable managing budgets and pacing campaigns Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills and team mindset Bonus Points Experience with Local Service businesses, retail, home services, pools/spas, or medspa marketing Experience with CRM integrations and automation platforms Familiarity with Canva or ad creative strategy Experience with Performance Max campaigns Knowledge of call tracking and offline conversion imports What Success Looks Like Lowering cost per lead while improving lead quality Identifying tracking gaps before they become problems Turning data into actionable campaign improvements Bringing new ideas to improve performance and efficiency Helping clients clearly understand what's working and why Why Muse Marketing?
