While experience is important, it is not the most important factor in evaluating candidates for this position. Some of the specifics of TNT and this position include: You must have an advanced knowledge of Google Ads. You will have complete responsibility for your own campaigns. We do not have multiple people doing various parts of each campaign. Our average campaigns have a click budget of around $1,000 per month. This means every click counts, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve ROI. We take a comprehensive approach to Google Ads, and every campaign includes a custom offer, custom ad copy, custom targeting, custom landing pages and monthly analysis of conversions (calls and forms). We have a very team-oriented approach. Part of your responsibility is to share knowledge and experiences so that everyone learns and grows together.
