Job Description

  • We are building a high-performance, AI-driven growth engine and seeking a strategic operator to lead messaging, content, customer journey, and digital experience.
  • This role partners closely with our technical growth lead (SEO, PPC, analytics, tracking) and owns how we communicate, convert, and scale.
  • Ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants direct impact on growth.
  • In office role, no remote/no hybrid. Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning:
Define and evolve brand messaging across all channels; translate complex wholesale/liquidation concepts into clear customer value; build messaging that converts first-time buyers into repeat customers.
    Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization:
    Own and optimize the customer funnel from first touch through repeat purchase; improve onboarding, retention, and account growth journeys; identify friction points and implement conversion improvements; optimize landing pages, website flows, and digital touchpoints.
      AI-Powered Content & Content Systems:
      Build scalable AI-assisted content production systems; lead creation of social, email, web, and educational content; repurpose core ideas into multi-channel assets at scale.
        Social Growth & Brand Expansion:
        Develop scalable social strategies for growth and engagement; create repeatable, high-performing content frameworks; produce content that builds authority and drives action.
          Website & Digital Experience Ownership:
          Own website messaging, UX, and conversion performance; improve customer pathways and on-site experience; partner with developers to implement enhancements.
            Data-Driven Optimization:
            Use analytics and customer behavior data to drive decisions; partner with performance and analytics teams on attribution and funnel metrics; measure and improve content and conversion performance.
              Team Leadership & Operations:
              Manage and mentor junior marketing team members; establish standards for speed, quality, and accountability; build efficient workflows and scalable execution systems. Qualifications
                Required Experience:
                Success building and optimizing high-converting websites or funnels; experience growing social/media channels with measurable results; exceptional copywriting and communication skills; strong understanding of customer needs; hands-on experience using AI tools to improve content and workflows.
                  Ideal Candidate Attributes:
                  Highly analytical and highly creative; passionate about optimization and improvement; fast-moving and execution-oriented; strong owner mentality with accountability for outcomes; able to simplify complex ideas into compelling messaging.
