This role is for someone who has hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms . You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns that generate real results for our clients. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who understands campaign strategy, audience targeting, optimization, and performance analysis, and who can confidently manage ad accounts with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve results Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences Analyze campaign metrics, including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend Install and troubleshoot tracking tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager when needed Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid advertising Communicate effectively with the team regarding campaign performance, strategy, and next steps Required Experience Minimum 2 years managing paid advertising campaigns Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Google Ads Experience with TikTok Ads Experience managing advertising budgets Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics Comfortable optimizing campaigns based on performance data What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to launch ads—we want someone who understands why campaigns succeed or fail and can confidently improve performance.
