Job Type:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift, on-site in Tempe, AZ, preferred; remote (US) considered for the right candidate.
Salary:
$60k-$90k depending on experience Benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401(k), employee discounts, PTO and more. Pre-employment background check mandatory The Role You'll own day-to-day execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads, campaign builds, optimization, creative testing, budget pacing, and reporting while also serving as a genuine strategic partner to our Marketing Director. This isn't a button-pushing role. We need someone who lives in the accounts, sees what the data is telling us, forms a point of view, and brings it forward, "here's what I'm seeing, here's what I want to test, here's why." You'll work directly with the Marketing Director (no layers, no account managers translating for you), which means your ideas get heard and decisions get made in hours, not weeks. What You'll Own Day-to-day management of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Advantage+, prospecting, retargeting) Campaign structure, audience strategy, bid management, and budget allocation across both platforms Channel strategy and testing roadmap, you'll help shape what we go after, not just execute it Creative testing cadence working with our in-house design team, launching tests, reading results, iterating Weekly performance reporting paired with proactive recommendations Landing page collaboration with our web and design teams to improve conversion rates Tracking and attribution hygiene, GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, GTM, UTM discipline Staying ahead of platform changes and surfacing opportunities (new ad formats, betas, audience tools) before we read about them on LinkedIn What You Bring 2-4 years running paid media, ideally with meaningful budget responsibility ($50k+/month across channels) E-commerce experience; you understand the mechanics of selling physical product online, not just lead gen Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; you've built campaigns from scratch, not just optimized inherited ones Genuine comfort with data and analytics; you pull your own numbers, dig into the why behind a trend, and don't wait for someone to hand you a dashboard A self-starter who's genuinely curious; you poke at things, ask "what if," and bring ideas to the table unprompted Sharp creative instincts; you can look at an ad and have an opinion on why it's working or not Bias toward action. You'd rather launch a test today and learn than wait two weeks for a perfect plan Clear writing. CPG / DTC
category experience Experience with Triple Whale (or similar attribution/analytics platforms) Familiarity with BigCommerce Amazon Ads or Klaviyo experience (separately owned, but adjacency helps) Tag management / pixel troubleshooting chops Why This Role Direct ownership and a real voice. Pay:
