We're a Memphis-based digital marketing and web development agency that helps local businesses, professional services, retailers, and nonprofits show up and stand out online. We're a tight-knit team that takes the work seriously and each other a little less so — and we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run smart, profitable ad campaigns for our clients. This role starts at about 20 hours a week, with a real path to full-time as our client roster grows. If you love turning ad budgets into real results and want to grow with an agency, let's talk. What you'd be doing You'd own paid media across a roster of local and small-business clients — some with simple search campaigns, others with multi-location and competitive strategies. Day to day, that looks like: Building and managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and local) Running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns where it fits the client Audience targeting, geo-fencing, and competitor conquesting for multi-location clients Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, call tracking) Managing and pacing budgets across multiple accounts A/B testing ad creative, copy, and landing pages Monthly performance reporting and the occasional client check-in What we're looking for 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience is a plus) Strong with Google Ads — campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization Experience with Meta Ads Manager Comfortable setting up conversion tracking and reading the data to reallocate spend Experience with local or multi-location campaigns (geo-targeting, conquesting) is a big plus Clear communicator who can explain performance to clients without the jargon Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple accounts and budgets Nice to have Google Ads and/or Meta certifications Experience with landing page tools and CRO Some SEO familiarity (we love when paid and organic talk to each other) A sense of humor (we work hard, but we're not robots) The details Part-time, ~20 hours/week, in-office at our Memphis location Flexible hours within business hours A clear path to full-time as we grow A chance to do real, visible work for businesses across the Mid-South Sound like you?
