Paid Media Strategist Location:
Hybrid (Denver, CO 80203) - Must be able to commute to the Denver office.

About the Role We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Paid Media Strategist to join our forward-thinking digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and continuous optimization of cross-channel paid media campaigns. This position is designed for a high-performing marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp analytical instincts, and is passionate about maximizing ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Strategic Development & Execution Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to align with client growth objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio consisting of 30-45 client accounts, ensuring precise budget pacing, strategic keyword expansion, and audience targeting. Performance Optimization Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis. Continuously monitor campaign data to execute high-impact optimizations, including A/B creative testing, bidding adjustments, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates and ROI. Client Partnership & Reporting Collaborate closely with internal Account Managers to deliver transparent, data-backed performance reports and actionable insights to clients. Present strategic recommendations confidently, translating complex digital marketing metrics into clear business outcomes. Quality Assurance & Innovation Maintain rigorous quality control over tracking pixels, conversion setup, and ad copy accuracy. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platform features, and privacy updates (e.g., iOS changes, tracking regulations) to keep our agency at the competitive forefront.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Experience within a fast-paced agency environment is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Business Manager. Strong familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking mechanics. Google Ads and Meta certifications are a significant plus.
Analytical Skillset:
Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets, identify consumer trends, and translate raw data into strategic optimizations.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate digital strategies to both technical teams and non-technical clients.
Organization:
Superior time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail. Additional Requirements Schedule:
Monday through Friday, operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Denver, CO office (80203).
