In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional results for our clients through the strategic development, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in data-driven decision-making, and is passionate about digital marketing performance. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development Create and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads and other search platforms to support client goals. Campaign Management Manage and optimize a portfolio of 30-45 client accounts, overseeing budget pacing, keyword strategy, ad copy development, and bidding approaches. Performance Optimization Conduct advanced keyword research, analyze performance data, and implement ongoing optimizations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency. Client Partnership Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand objectives, present strategic recommendations, and deliver clear performance reports and insights. Innovation & Industry Awareness Stay current on new platform features, industry best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve campaign performance. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively addressing issues and ensuring accurate, high-quality execution. QualificationsExperience Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally within an agency setting. Technical Expertise Proficiency in Google Ads, with a strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, campaign structure, tracking, and performance metrics. Google Ads certification is preferred. Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations. Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to clients and internal teams. Organization & Detail Orientation Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
