Job Description

We are seeking a PPC Manager who can turn strategy into structured execution and maintain control over high-spend paid media accounts.

This role sits between strategy and operations. You will translate PPC direction into clean account architecture, disciplined execution, and consistent performance across multiple accounts.

What You Will Do Translate PPC strategy into structured and scalable account execution Maintain campaign architecture, intent logic, and tracking consistency across accounts Oversee PPC Specialists and ensure execution quality and accountability Act as the first escalation point for performance, tracking, budget, and platform issues Protect account stability during volatility such as spend spikes, outages, and policy disruptions Ensure optimizations consistently align with strategic intent and framework Monitor performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, spend pacing, and lead quality Review search term data, negative keyword logic, conversion signals, and pacing health Identify, resolve, or escalate performance and structural issues quickly Evaluate Specialist outputs and validate decision quality Guide scaling and budget decisions based on efficiency and marginal performance Oversee A/B testing to ensure clean execution and usable insights Approve structural changes tied to scaling or account expansion Coach PPC Specialists to improve analytical thinking, prioritization, and account logic Deliver executive-level summaries covering account health, risks, opportunities, and constraints Audit tracking and account structure integrity Identify recurring issues and recommend system or SOP improvements Contribute to strategic planning with the PPC Director Support Specialist development and capability growth What We Are Looking For Experience 4 to 6 years in PPC management Strong experience in Google Ads required Microsoft Ads and Programmatic experience is a plus Experience managing high-spend, complex account structures Experience mentoring or coaching PPC specialists Technical Skills Campaign structure and account architecture Conversion tracking and attribution understanding Budget pacing and performance analysis Search term mining and intent classification A/B testing design and interpretation Performance diagnostics and root cause analysis Strong reporting and performance summarization Soft Skills Strong judgment under uncertainty Clear and structured communication High accountability and ownership mindset Coaching-oriented leadership style Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure Low ego, outcome-focused decision making What Success Looks Like Accounts scale without structural breakdown or intent dilution Specialists become more independent with fewer critical errors Leadership receives clear, decision-ready insights Budget increases are supported by validated performance Tracking and campaign structure remain stable and consistent Emergency escalations decrease over time Why This Role Matters You will directly impact performance stability, scalability, and efficiency across paid media operations. Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (in-office, Scottsdale, AZ) Work-from-home option on Fridays after the first 90 days Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to address urgent client needs or time-sensitive projects
