Job Description:
Systematic trading firm with deep roots in quantitative research, automation, and statistical arbitrage. The platform offers PMs the ability to maintain ownership of their strategy/IP while leveraging institutional-grade infrastructure, execution, research tooling, and scalable capital. The environment is designed for highly autonomous PMs looking to optimize and grow their strategies with fewer operational constraints and strong alignment between performance and payout.
Compensation:
Base (draw against payout) + split (PnL above $10mm is evaluated through a matrix driven by both Sharpe ratio and return on GMV) higher margin 50% 2+ years profitable track record, live results;
Global Equities, Systematic Futures, or FX Location:
Chicago or Remote
