Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 20-40 clients as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute customized account strategies aligned with client goals
- Identify and close upsell opportunities and secure contract renewals
- Communicate campaign performance, ROI, and strategic insights clearly to clients
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to execute deliverables and reporting
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address client challenges
- Represent the company at client events and industry conferences
- Create thoughtful, relationship-focused client experiences
SEO Account Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization
- Proven success managing client relationships and driving retention
- Experience analyzing performance data and presenting insights to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and HubSpot
- Experience with legal, medical, or dental clients is a plus
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred but not required In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
