Job Description

Technology Strategist Adminstone LLC Caldwell, ID Job Details Full-time $67,824.43 - $81,681.03 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Dental insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications SEO error detection and correction Off-page SEO Translation Website analysis Structured data implementation for SEO Full Job Description The work , plainly Somewhere out there, one of our clients is losing customers to a competitor who ranks half a page higher and loads two seconds faster. They don't know it's happening. That's your job — to know, and to fix it. You own the technical layer of how our clients exist online. The crawlability, the Core Web Vitals, the structured data, the keyword movement nobody on the client's side has the time or vocabulary to track. You run the technical SEO audits, watch the rankings climb or slip, hunt the toxic backlinks, and keep our own internal systems humming while you're at it. And every month you hand the Visibility Strategist a tight read on what's moving and why — because their content only wins if it's built on ground you've made solid. What you'll actually own Technical SEO audits — speed, mobile, crawlability, structured data — and the fixes that follow Keyword rank tracking and backlink health across a portfolio of clients Local citation and NAP consistency where it quietly makes or breaks local search A monthly technical read handed to the Visibility Strategist to aim their content The firm's own internal systems — the plumbing that keeps us running Who we're actually looking for You're the person who reads a Lighthouse report like a story — who sees a 1.2-second LCP and feels something. You can open a site's hood, find the thing strangling its performance, and then — this is the rare part — explain it to a roofer or a dentist in words that make them trust you rather than nod blankly. You're equal parts technician and translator. You don't need hand-holding; give you a portfolio and a problem and you're already three tabs deep. And you'd rather wire the foundation of something new than babysit a system someone else already perfected. If a messy, fixable site genuinely excites you, we should talk. Why this firm, and why now This part is personal. Our CEO, Director, and Operations Manager all came up through workplaces that wore good people down — where talent was interchangeable and "we value our team" was wall art, not a felt thing. Adminstone is the place we wished we'd had. We mean it about real work-life balance, extended paid holidays you're genuinely off for, parental leave, mental health time, paid ongoing training, and benefits built to actually help you rather than check a box. We'll share the rest face to face.
The deal underneath it all:
we'll care for you, and in return we ask for transparency, ownership, and that you care about our clients the way we do. We'll keep shaping this role around your strengths as we grow. Honest logistics Adminstone launches on a milestone, not a date. Full service begins when we reach our founding group of 35 clients, which we're driving toward around the start of August, with firm-wide training in the two weeks beforehand so we all begin sharp and together. Because we're still building toward that line, this role opens as a remote 1099 contract through the run-up, then converts to full-time W-2 at the milestone, with the work easing toward our Boise home as the firm grows into its space. We're hiring the permanent seat — the contract is the on-ramp, not the destination. Exact contract rate and W-2 salary, we'll lay out plainly when we talk
