Senior In-House Website Designer & Creative Director Full-Time | Permanent | In-Office | Port Saint Lucie, Florida Monday-Friday | Flexible 9AM or 10AM Start | No Nights | No Weekends Champions in Bronze is seeking a highly skilled in-house creative professional to lead the design and development of a growing network of high-end websites, landing pages, and branding initiatives across multiple national companies. This is not a freelance gig. This is not a remote contract position. This is a long-term career opportunity with a stable, rapidly growing company that has been in business for over 50 years. We currently have 35+ websites and landing pages already queued for development, with additional projects continuously entering production. We are looking for a creative powerhouse capable of both exceptional graphic design and modern SEO-focused website development. If you are equally comfortable inside Adobe Creative Suite and writing clean Bootstrap 5 code, OR equivalent this position was built for you.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$900/week base salary $250 bonus for every completed website, increases with every completed site 55 websites active pipeline already approved for production Up to $13,750 in immediate bonus opportunity Total compensation package valued at $85,000+ annually

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role combines advanced graphic design, branding, front-end development, SEO implementation, and AI-optimized website architecture. You will work directly with the owner to build and maintain a growing portfolio of websites focused on institutional, architectural, donor recognition, collegiate athletics, and national branding markets. The ideal candidate can independently take a project from concept to live deployment while maintaining exceptional design standards, clean code structure, and strong search visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dual role with in-house art dept generating pdf and ai art file for customers approval and shop drawing for the construction dept for division 10 sales department and web designing Design branding systems, graphics, and marketing assets Build responsive websites and landing pages Maintain existing websites and update existing landing pages Develop clean HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript-based layouts Create SEO-optimized page structures and metadata Implement schema markup and structured data Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and mobile performance Apply AI-search and semantic-content best practices Maintain consistent branding across multiple divisions Deploy and manage websites on live hosting environments Produce fast-loading, scalable, maintainable code Collaborate directly with ownership on priorities and direction Come grow with us, no matter your skill level , we'll make you better

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience Strong Bootstrap 5 or equivalent responsive framework experience Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript knowledge Experience building live production websites Understanding of SEO strategy and on-page optimization Familiarity with schema markup and structured data Understanding of AI search trends and semantic website structure Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site daily

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must provide ALL of the following: Adobe Creative Suite portfolio Examples of branding work Links to at least 2-3 live websites you personally built Brief explanation of your SEO process when launching a new website Confirmation you can work full-time on-site in Port Saint Lucie, FL proof of websites making money not pretty website just branding but real commerce on the web Applications missing BOTH a design portfolio and live website examples will not be considered.
