Job Description
Paid Search Analyst Tombras
- 4.
Responsibilities include:
Budget monitoring & pacing- track daily and weekly budget pacing across multiple campaigns, proactively coordinating with search planners and buyers to ensure spending aligns with client objectives. Campaign management
- build and launch paid search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, App Download, and YouTube campaigns; monitor flight dates, start/stop campaigns on schedule, and maintain up‑to‑date budgets in the agency's billing system. Optimization implementation
- execute daily, weekly and monthly optimizations (keyword expansions, bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative testing) to maximize performance. Invoice reconciliation
- reconcile media invoices and coordinate with account teams and media strategy leads to ensure accurate billing. Reporting & analysis
- pull and analyze performance data from Google Ads, Google Analytics and other platforms; prepare interim and final reports highlighting optimizations, insights and operational metrics for clients. Keyword and ad copy support
- assist with keyword research, ad copy writing and quality assurance to improve campaign relevance and efficiency. Client presentations
- prepare performance summaries and insights for client meetings; support the Search Department in new client presentations when needed.
What you bring:
1 + years' experience in digital marketing (internships or co‑ops count) with familiarity using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Google Ads certification is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills- comfortable working with data, identifying trends and recommending optimizations. Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- able to manage multiple budgets, campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills
- capable of distilling technical insights into clear recommendations for teammates and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote and Word
