Who We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Search Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of paid search strategy across multiple platforms, and can drive measurable results aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta ads, Twitter, Tiktok.

Keyword Research:

Identify and refine keyword strategies to maximize relevance and ROI.

Ad Copy & Creative Assets:

Write compelling ad copy and contribute to the development of creative that resonates with target audiences.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze campaign data to track KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.), optimize performance, and support business growth.

A/B Testing:

Design and execute tests to improve ad effectiveness.

Budget Management:

Manage large-scale budgets and bid strategies for maximum efficiency.

Reporting:

Provide regular performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations. Create dashboards in Looker or third-party dashboard platform.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay current on SEM/PPC best practices, platform updates, and digital trends.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure paid media strategies align with overall marketing objectives.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve campaign-related issues quickly and effectively. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing SEM and PPC campaigns for lead generation Proven success managing paid search. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, and sales growth Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and budget tracking Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Passion for eCommerce, online lead generation, digital marketing innovation, and continuous learning Why Bailey & Galyen?
