Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our online presence by optimizing website content, structure, and performance to improve visibility on search engines. Duties Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms relevant to our industry and target audience. Implement technical SEO strategies, including site speed enhancements, mobile optimization, and structured data markup using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Manage and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platforms. Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority through quality backlinks. Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update and maintain website content efficiently. Monitor search engine algorithms and stay current with SEO best practices to adapt strategies proactively. Collaborate with content creators and social media managers to optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Use SEO tools for keyword tracking, site audits, and competitive analysis to inform ongoing optimization efforts. Support conversion optimization initiatives by analyzing user behavior data from Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to improve user engagement and lead generation. Requirements Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web development principles related to SEO. Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO tools for performance tracking and troubleshooting. Experience with link building strategies and social media management for amplifying content reach. Knowledge of metadata optimization techniques including keywords, descriptions, and schema markup. Ability to perform technical audits focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and overall site health. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus for supporting online retail initiatives. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for continuous improvement. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly.
