About the job: Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business growth and user acquisition goals. 2. Optimize websites, landing pages, and product pages to improve organic visibility, engagement, and conversions. 3. Implement AIO (AI Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies across AI-driven search platforms. 4. Conduct keyword research targeting high-intent search queries and growth opportunities. 5. Build and manage backlink campaigns to improve domain authority and search rankings. 6. Own organic traffic growth with a focus on lead quality, user engagement, and conversions. 7. Drive measurable increases in user signups and acquisition through organic channels. 8. Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and signups. 9. Continuously test, refine, and optimize SEO initiatives to improve performance and outcomes. 10. Manage technical SEO activities, including site speed, indexing, crawlability, and structured data implementation. 11. Maintain regular performance tracking and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Other Requirements:
1. 0-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles. 2. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization. 3. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. 4. Basic knowledge of technical SEO, website optimization, and search engine best practices. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong ownership and accountability. 6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field preferred. 9. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture will be an advantage. 10. Exposure to SaaS products, AI-driven search optimization, or growth marketing is a plus. 11. Understanding of community-based platforms and user engagement strategies preferred. 12. Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva will be an added advantage.
