We specialize in roofing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, painting, tree care, and more. As we expand, we're seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and local service advertising.
Responsibilities SEO Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to grow local search rankings, optimize content, and improve website visibility.
Google Ads & Local Service Ads:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads with a strong ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Content & Branding:
Coordinate with the team on website content, blogs, and social media to support SEO and lead generation.
Reputation & Listings:
Manage Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and local listings to strengthen brand presence.
Marketing Automation & AI:
Build and optimize workflows using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and lead generation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth targets. Requirements Proven experience managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns. Local service industry experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and lead tracking. Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools). Proficiency with Claude, n8n, Vercel, and GitHub is required. Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing, automation workflows, and modern web technologies is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
