Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join a Contract position supporting entertainment-focused brand initiatives in Burbank, California. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with analytical insight and enjoys developing digital experiences that strengthen audience engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and works effectively across teams to turn strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media plans that align with broader brand and marketing objectives across multiple digital platforms.
  • Create and manage compelling branded content designed to increase visibility, audience interaction, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor social channel performance, interpret engagement data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaign messaging, timelines, and deliverables in a matrixed organization.
  • Adjust priorities and optimize campaign activity as business goals shift or new opportunities emerge.
  • Prepare clear presentations, updates, and performance summaries for internal partners using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail throughout planning, content execution, and post-campaign analysis to ensure high-quality delivery.
