Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography using Capcut or other editing softwares. Manage daily posting schedules using social media management tools to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends; report findings to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement. Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; analyze data to improve future content strategies. Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships. Support branding initiatives by maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing. Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in social media marketing, digital marketing or related fields. Flexibility in schedule and adaptability to engage in online presence. Familiarity with social media management tools and basic video editing skills; experience with video editing software is a plus. Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail; excellent proofreading abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to travel if required. Understanding of public relations principles and relationship management techniques online.
